Prices for typical works

The first working version of the web system
from 1,787.65 €
Technical audit of the existing project
from 99.31 €
API integration: one exchange scenario
from 198.63 €
Refinement and support
19.86 €/hour

Hosting, paid services, individual design, data migration and external integrations are paid for separately. For large systems, we divide the budget into agreed stages.

Prices "from" refer to the basic volume described. After a short discussion, we fix a full estimate before starting work. We agree on additional tasks separately.

Build-zone.top is powered by Laravel. This is the studio's own site: Laravel is responsible for routing, Blade templates and the backend.

What can be implemented on Laravel

01

Sites and web systems

Projects with their own business logic, personal accounts, user roles, content and data management.

02

Internal offices

Admin panels, managers' offices, application accounting, automation of repetitive operations and access control.

03

APIs and integrations

Exchange with CRM, payment services, delivery, marketplaces and other systems via APIs and webhooks.

04

Finalization of the project

New functions, bug fixes, refactoring of problem areas and gradual development of the already launched system.

05

Migration and upgrade

Migration of data and functions from old PHP solution, phased upgrade of Laravel and dependencies with a rollback plan.

06

Productivity and stability

Analysis of requests to the database, caching, queues, background tasks, logging and preparation of the project for loading.

When Laravel is appropriate

01

Non-standard business logic

When the CMS is ready, it forces to bypass the restrictions, and the processes, roles and rules of the project require a separate architecture.

02

Many external systems

When you need reliable integrations, queues, replays, exchange history and error control.

03

The project must develop

When a managed code base, automated tests, predictable feature expansion, and CMS template independence are important.

Not every project needs Laravel. For a typical online store with a standard catalog, OpenCart may be a faster and more practical choice. The platform should be chosen after analyzing the task, and not by the name of the technology.

Audit of the existing Laravel project

Code and dependencies

  • Application structure and problem connections
  • Versions of Laravel, PHP and packages
  • Tests and risks of further changes

Data and performance

  • Slow queries and missing indexes
  • Cache, queues and background tasks
  • Error and load logs

Security and launch

  • Access, validation and working with files
  • Configuration of environment and secrets
  • Deployment, backup and rollback
The result of the audit is not a list of abstract remarks, but a priority plan: what needs to be corrected critically, what can be done step by step, and what changes will not benefit this particular project.

Integrations and data exchange

API

CRM and KeyCRM

Orders, customers, products, statuses and balances with matching checks and synchronization log.

PAY

Payments and delivery

Creation of payments and shipments, callbacks, verification of signatures, re-processing and status control.

SYNC

External services

REST API, webhooks, data import and export, background queues, request limits and duplicate protection.

Migration from OpenCart to Laravel

When it makes sense

  • Business logic is no longer embedded in the CMS
  • Improvements conflict with each other
  • A separate web system around sales is needed

What is transferred

  • Catalog, customers, orders and content
  • Payments, delivery and external integrations
  • Business rules are required after validation

How SEO is maintained

  • Map of current and new URLs
  • Point 301-redirects and canonical
  • Metadata, sitemap and 404 control
The migration is not an automatic "conversion" of OpenCart to Laravel. First, you need to describe the features and data, separate what you need from what is obsolete, and plan for a phased transition.

How is the work going?

01

Context and objectives

I specify who uses the system, what problem needs to be solved and what will be considered the finished result.

02

Audit or technical plan

For the current project, we check the code and environment; for the new — we structure functions, data and integrations.

03

Assessment

We fix the volume, dependencies, risks and order of stages. The assessment is based on a specific list of works.

04

Development and verification

We implement changes in stages, test key scenarios and do not mix new functionality with random edits.

05

Deployment and transmission

We prepare a controlled launch, check production after the update and transfer the agreed technical materials.

What does the scope of work depend on

01

State of the code base

Laravel and PHP versions, architecture, dependencies, availability of tests, documentation and reproducible environment.

02

Business rules

The number of roles, scenarios, states, and exceptions that the system must handle correctly.

03

Data and integrations

Migration volume, output quality, third-party APIs, limits, webhooks and synchronization rules.

04

Requirements for launch

Acceptable downtime, security, workload, test environments, redundancy and need for further support.
