Capture the system context
Identify key business processes, roles, integrations and critical data. Check PHP and Laravel versions, dependencies, deployment method, backups and access permissions. Separately find background tasks: the site may open when the payment queue or CRM exchange is no longer running.
Continue with: Website releases: checks, rollback and cache refresh.
Check risk scenarios
Explore authorization, input validation, API retry, logging, and failure handling. Use a staging copy and test accounts. For each finding, write down the reproduction steps, the business impact, and a possible fix. Do not publish secrets and personal data in the report.
Continue with: Laravel queues: detect stuck jobs and retry safely.
Turn an audit into a plan
Separate urgent risks, stabilization and development. For the task, specify the dependencies, the estimate range, and the readiness test. For example: webhook redelivery does not create a second request, and the failure goes to the log and retry queue. Base audit and hourly rates are listed on the pricing page; large-scale changes are approved in separate stages.
Does the audit include fixing all problems?
Only if it is directly included in the agreed scope. Diagnosis, plan and implementation are different results that should be described before the beginning.
