We can work in a white label format: you lead the project and communication with the client, and Build Zone is responsible for the agreed technical part. If a joint discussion is required, we connect according to your agreement. We adhere to agreed communication rules and do not offer our services directly to partner clients.

Stage or project
We undertake the technical implementation of your task. We divide the work into stages, agree on control points and submit the result for acceptance.
Regular cooperation
We help with the flow of tasks and the development of client projects. Agree in advance on available downloads, priorities and scheduling order.
Transparent arrangements
We work under a contract. Before the start, we fix the scope of work, terms, cost, payment procedure and acceptance criteria. Depending on the task, we agree on a fixed price or hourly work; additional changes are evaluated separately.
The terms of transfer of results and development rights are defined in the contract. Confidentiality, work with accesses and restrictions on publication of the project are agreed in advance. If necessary, we sign an NDA; we add the project to the portfolio only upon approval.
Clear workflow
We begin with a description of the task, the current state of the project and the expected result. We specify the requirements, provide an estimate and agree on the persons responsible and the communication channel.
During work, we report on progress and issues that affect deadlines or budget. Before the transfer, we check the implementation and provide a list of completed works. We agree on further support and corrections under conditions of cooperation.
