Prepare test cases
Collect examples of typical and complex cases that are allowed to be used. For each, define the expected result and evaluation criteria. Include incomplete data, conflicting wording, and off-script queries. Check the quality on a separate sample, not just on the examples you used to configure the system.

Limit the model's actions
A draft message has a different risk than automatically changing the price or payment status. Critical actions require server-side rules, rights checks, and, if necessary, human approval. Client or document text is input, not permission to execute arbitrary commands. The transfer of data to an external service is coordinated with the company's rules.

Measure the outcome of the pilot
Compare time spent, error rates, and the proportion of cases requiring a human. Consider the cost of service, latency and support. Save the version of the settings and check the changes on the control sample. If the result is uncertain or the data is insufficient, the process should delegate the task to the human rather than invent the answer.
Is one successful demonstration case enough?
No. Different scenarios, iterative evaluation and failure testing are required. A demonstration shows feasibility and a pilot shows suitability for a particular process.
