Check permissions and sources
Capture the page, form, ad account, and user or app through which the integration works. Check the required rights and access dependencies of a specific employee. Changing roles or creating a new form requires re-checking; don't assume that all future forms are connected automatically.

Match the fields

Confirm delivery
Create an agreed test lead, check all fields, source, person responsible and time of appearance in CRM. Reprocess the same event and check for duplicate protection. A log of undelivered leads and the procedure for re-receiving them is required. After changing the form, repeat the test even if the connector does not show an error.
Is it enough to see the lead in Meta's dashboard?
No. To accept the integration, it must appear correctly in CRM and become available to the responsible manager.
