Run successful and failing scenarios

Based on the agreed scenario, submit a test form, then try blank fields, re-click and server error. A successful conversion must correspond to the successful receipt of the enquiry. Check the mobile path and transitions between domains, if any. Consider setting user consent according to the market and implementation of the site.

Compare the systems

Compare the time, ID and number of test enquiries in the site, analytics and CRM. Analyze the difference between reports by attribution, time zones, and processing latency. Document which events are primary and which are diagnostic only. After a correction, check the new data instead of waiting for the entire history to be automatically corrected.
