Describe the desired outcome

Provide the page address, current behavior, expected result, and example. For an error, add reproduction steps; for a new feature, describe the user scenario. Access is transferred in a separate agreed upon way. The more precisely the task is defined, the smaller the uncertainty of the initial assessment.

Agree on a rate and a time limit

Hourly rates: WordPress — €15, OpenCart — €20, Laravel and API — €25. The current pricing page shows the rates for each language version. Estimates include analysis, implementation and the necessary checks; paid licenses and services are agreed separately. If additional work is discovered, agree on it before extending the scope.

Accept the verified result

For the task, define a criterion: the correct amount of the cart, one CRM lead instead of a duplicate, or a specific change of the interface. After work, a brief description of changes, time spent and verification results are required. For a complex unknown system, it is advisable to first agree on a limited diagnosis and then evaluate the implementation.

Is it possible to fix the total budget?

Yes, after determining the scope, you can agree on a stage or a limit. New requirements and detected dependencies are discussed separately so as not to change the agreement inconspicuously.
