Compare the order model
Describe the mapping of products and options, quantities, prices, discounts, shipping and payment. The external ID must allow the record to be found in two systems. For identical names, use stable identifiers rather than text matching. Check which fields are supported by the selected connector or API workflow.

Test representative orders
Submit an order with options, a promotional item, multiple items, and a custom comment. Reconcile the total and each row in CRM. Check for status changes only in agreed-upon directions: Arbitrary two-way exchanges can create an update loop.

Test failures and retries
Reproduce the temporary API unavailability on the test environment and resubmit the same request. Expect one business entity and a clear log. Module licenses are sold separately on the forum; implementation, verification and non-standard modifications are separate works. Check compatibility for the exact version of the store.
Is it enough to install a ready-made module?
Installation is only a stage. You need to set up directories, rights, fields and check real store scenarios.
